I extracted this little lemon squeezing tip from my Everything Salsa video (watch the teaser here or, if you’re a member, enjoy the whole kit ‘n’ caboodle here). The lemon was extra juicy and it was so satisfying (and a little bit splattering) digging into it with the Thermomix spatula.
This spatula trick works for lime, orange, grapefruit and mandarin too, and you’ll also see how I use the spatula to flick the pips out.
