Dani Valent would not be possible without the help of friends and collaborators.

I love supporting Australian designers and producers. Check each recipe page for clothing and other credits.

Dani Valent Cooking Love Communications logo

Love my logo? Me too. It’s by the clever and creative designer Judith Love.

Dani Valent Cooking Obus logo

Another favourite Melbourne label, it’s always a pleasure to wear Obus in my videos and TV appearances.

Dani Valent Cooking Leonard St logo

Amanda’s clothes are great. I love wearing them in my videos and I wore an amazing navy ribbon dress of hers at my launch party for the website.

I’ve only come across this Melbourne label recently but I love their cleverly constructed and colourful pieces with a little bit of flounce.

Dani Valent Cooking Shelley Panton logo

Shelley Panton is a mate from my ace Recipe Club. She’s a potter and retailer with a gorgeous eye. I love using her own tableware and items she stocks in her store.

Dani Valent Cooking Ariel Valent Sound logo

My brother Ariel is a musician. One night we recorded sounds of the Thermomix and he magicked them into my theme music. I love it!

Caroline Velik food stylist

Food stylist with the most-est, Caroline Velik is my go-to person for look and feel.

Dani Valent Cooking Glenn Tebble Homewares logo

Glenn Tebble’s earthy tableware is striking and tactile. I use it at home and I love to use it in my videos.

Dani Valent Cooking Gorman logo

Melbourne label Gorman engages in great designer collaborations to create strong, upbeat prints with nature themes.

Dani Valent Cooking Arwen

Arwen is a Tasmanian Thermomix consultant, keen cook and budding food photographer/stylist. She’s helped me with recipe testing along the way.

Dani Valent Cooking Nancy Bird logo

No-one but no-one does a wrap dress like this Melbourne designer; I love the prints, the lady-friendly shapes and the wearable materials.

Dani Valent Cooking Elk logo

I first wore Elk when doing cooking classes a few years ago and people always commented on the striking designs and woman-friendly cuts. Every Melbourne-designed range just seems to get better and more covetable.

Dani Valent Cooking Kerrie Stanley logo

I met make-up artist Kerrie Stanley through my appearances on ABC TV. I turn up early and bed-rumpled and she makes me look presentable. She (and her partner Lexi) are a key part of my video production team. Thanks Kez! She is also a milliner so check her out for your racing outfits!

Dani Valent Cooking Style With Substance logo

Louise Weigall from Style with Substance is my stylist. She’s sourced clothes from many of the labels featured on this page and is calm, canny and perceptive.

Dani Valent Cooking Stanley & Morph logo

This is the production company of director John Tummino, a super nice guy who has made a whole bunch of my videos.

Dani Valent Cooking Gary

My favourite butcher is at Prahran Market. His organic meat is so good and the customer service is exemplary: nothing is too much trouble, even cutting lamb hearts into minute cubes for my fussy cat.

Dani Valent Cooking Massi logo

Joseph Vargetto’s city restaurant is called Massi and I owe him a big thank you for hosting my launch party for the site. Thanks, Joe! Oh, and check out his great videos on the site too!

Dani Valent Cooking Sharina Delves logo

Sharina was my assistant when we launched the site and nothing would have happened without her.

I use Cobram Estate Olive Oil at home and have been lucky enough to visit their farms in both their home base of Australia and their new farm in California.

It makes sense to use indigenous Australian ingredients when cooking in Australia! Australian Super Foods sources native herbs and spices and turns them into shelf-stable products. I love using them!

Bees are crucial to agriculture and honey is delicious! Beechworth Honey produces beautiful Australian honey with bush flavours.

Gamila MacRury is a determined and passionate farmer of saffron and olives. I am a big fan of her saffron and love showcasing it in my recipes and events.

It was a pleasure to work with Handpicked on my event with Curtis Stone in Los Angeles.

Great restaurant, great wine! We took the Oakridge sticky to Curtis Stone’s Gwen restaurant for our cooking class and collaboration. It’s a winner!

I always have a bottle of Four Pillars in the cabinet at home. This innovative Victorian producer is fun to work too – I loved my visit to the distillery to chat about Negronis and other important matters.

It was an honour to showcase Rob Dolan’s wine in Los Angeles at my event with Curtis Stone, and also to work with the label on a Frose competition. Try their rose for your next Frose!
