Just had to let you know how successful my dinner party was the other night. I served the Boeuf A La Ficelle and the Basque Cheesecake. Both dishes were so simple to make, and I was delighted with the rave reviews I received for both dishes! You have made me look like I’m a good cook!! Onto the Scallop Mousseline next!!
