150+ videos, 150+ recipes, 150+ yay!
I launched DANIVALENT.COM almost two years ago with 20 videos and a vision: to create a Thermomix cooking school that was available 24-7, always there to guide, instruct, inspire and entertain. Every week I’ve added to the library, building my Thermo channel and, hopefully, leading people (YOU!) to great food experiences with accessible, interesting recipes, rich stories and cheffy connections and insights.
My joy and satisfaction comes from hearing how the recipes I’ve shared have been taken into kitchens around the world, eaten for everyday meals, enjoyed at family celebrations and tackled as satisfying weekend cooking projects. It’s always a privilege to end up on someone’s table; I take the responsibility seriously, then share the joy in it.
It’s a lot of fun – and, yes, hard work – to put all this together and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together. I’ve had a lot of help! Please see my Friends page for just some of the awesome legends who make the site what it is.

What’s this site all about?
My business card says ‘Writer. Eater. Traveller. Cook.’ I do all these things with equal passion, which is why I’m sometimes sitting at my laptop with an apron on! This is where I share all my best bits of writing, recipes and videos. There are free areas of the site where you can stay up to date with my journalism and get a taste of my cooking adventures.
