My monthly Signature Dish Series gives you behind-the-scenes access to top restaurants, chefs and producers. Each event is unique.
In April, I am thrilled to take you and just nine other ticket-holders to Attica with chef and owner Ben Shewry. Spend time with this thoughtful leader of the culinary arts. Meet his team. See Attica’s different workspaces. Learn about the philosophy behind the hospitality experience at Attica, truly a ground-breaking, always questing Australian restaurant. And watch Ben as he creates one of his signature dishes and shares the techniques and ideas behind it.

The idea behind my Signature Dish Series is this: I offer a maximum of 10 participants unique experiences in great restaurants and production facilities, including deep engagement with great chefs and makers. By focusing on a signature dish, we give the creator an opportunity to shine, to share techniques, tips and stories. Attendees will improve as cooks and become more informed diners, gaining cooking insights and learning ingredient backstories.
