Radio Chat – World Chocolate Day + Restaurant Lists

Every few weeks, I drop into ABC Radio Melbourne to chat about what I’ve been eating, cooking and learning. This time, host Dilruk Jayasinha and I chatted about the upcoming World Chocolate Day. The only thing that confuses me about a Chocolate Day is that it suggests that some days are NOT chocolate day. What kind of world do we live in?!

We also chatted about restaurant lists: are they any use at all? How are they produced? How do we decide where to eat when we’re on the road? I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently as the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list was recently announced, and Melbourne’s world famous Attica restaurant took a dive.
