Radio Chat – Hot chocolate – Dani Valent

I love dropping into ABC Radio Melbourne every couple of weeks to chat food and with Melbourne’s ever-changing weather dishing out plenty of blustery winter’s days, it’s the perfect time to talk about hot chocolate. I mean who doesn’t love cradling a mug of hot chocolate between their hands when the winter chills are in full force? Well maybe not everyone! But I think it’s pretty safe to say the majority love a good hot chocolate.

Right now Melbourne’s having a bit of a time with hot chocolate and there are some excellent examples and interesting variations being served up, from the traditional Columbian with a side of stretchy cheese to Mork’s signature Campfire hot chocolate with a side of wood smoke and toasted marshmallow – you can read my recent Mork review here.
