Radio host Richelle Hunt noticed she was eating less meat…It wasn’t that she was trying to be vegetarian, it just worked out that way. You might know the ‘accidental vegetarian’ as a ‘flexitarian’ or perhaps a vegan in the making. Listen in!

One of the best and most flexible vegetables for anyone trying to eat less meat is the humble cauliflower.

  • We speak about how to cook a cauliflower so it can be carved like a hero Sunday roast. Here’s Israeli chef Eyal Shani’s method: “Boil it in salted water till it’s medium soft. Set it aside to steam dry. Moisturise it with olive oil with your hands. Sprinkle it with salt. Bake it in a very hot oven, around 220C or hotter, until it’s golden brown. That’s all.”
